The application form should be reached at Secretary, Uttarakhand Vidhyaleyi Siksha Parishad, Ramnagar, Nainital, PIN - 244715 and the completed application form should reach the Parishad Office on or before 18.01.2013. after that no application forms will be entered so candidates should remember the last date of application form.
